The design proposals for Old Park Road look to remodel and extend the existing house at ground floor, to the side and rear of the property, forming an L shape contemporary extension to the existing period house.

A large open plan living and kitchen space provides a beautiful family space that can also easily convert into a high-end cooking class environment for the Clients emerging catering school. The restaurant specification for the kitchen is carefully balanced to help ensure these two alternative functions are harmonious.
