RUFFARCHITECTS have developed a concept scheme for Marlborough House, a commercial office space in Finchley, as part of building upgrade works and remodelling of the property.

 

The concept proposals we have developed cover various options to remodel the entrance and lobby

to Marlborough House. Our options look to put into a simple and deliverable concept the interest developed during the design studies. A recessed light strip at the front entrance door is then traced in the floor and ceiling. Here light is used as a directional marker whilst colour and softer materials create the waiting area.
