RUFFARCHITECTS are supporting masterplan architects PRP as part of Pinnacle’s Haringey Development Vehicle tender which looks to provide £2bn of investment in the borough in the coming 20 years. The proposals range from individual sites to wholescale masterplan proposals for over 4500 new homes in the Northumberland Park area in Tottenham, only recently affected by the 2011 riots.
