RUFFARCHITECTS are preparing feasibility options ahead of undertaking a full Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham on the clients' behalf for this key town centre scheme.

 

We have been tasked with providing new central residential units on the last side of the AHMM new town centre regeneration work undertaken in 2010. The site has two key frontages to the historic high street and to the new town square, whilst is in the heart of the conservation area.
